The coaching experience

Your next 90 days can change the shape of your life.

A year invites fantasy. Tomorrow creates urgency. Ninety days gives you a season—long enough to create evidence, short enough to imagine.

The Next 90 is one-on-one coaching for high achievers who know something needs to change but don’t need more noise. Together, we get honest about where you’ve gone missing, choose one focus that matters, and build a plan that can survive your actual life.

01You’re succeeding on paper and still feel behind at home.

02You’re tired of confusing usefulness with presence.

03You want a real shift—not another dramatic promise.

Start with the book that became the practice.

A four-week guide to stop performing, get honest about what matters, and bring more of yourself into the life you already have.

The Show Up More books take the same conversations from the podcast and coaching and give you a place to work through them at your own pace.

Jim’s children beside the half-eaten birthday cake that inspired No Half Cakes

Why No Half Cakes exists

It started with a birthday I couldn’t get back.

At 8:45 p.m., I walked into my kitchen and saw what remained of my son’s sixth birthday cake. The candles had been blown out. The stories from the party had already become stories. I had missed it because I was “busy working.”

That half-eaten cake showed me the shape of the life I had built: I was there for it, and I was also missing it.
